Laying the foundations for life-long learning
AUTHENTIC LEARNING
Children are encouraged to explore, talk about and discover concepts and relationships in contexts that involve real-world problems and projects that are relevant to them.
COMMUNITY BASED
We are a non-profit community based centre. Developing close, respectful and reciprocal relationships with children, and their families and whānau, is a core part of who we are.
DEDICATED TEACHERS
Children enjoy the benefit of high teacher-to-child ratios as well as teachers who observe, notice, recognise and respond to children’s interests.
ENVIRONMENTAL FOCUS
We encourage the children to respect, explore and nurture their natural world and enviromental sustainability is weaved into our everyday life at the centre.
